Please join us at Street Level Cycles Open Shop as we help folks in the community work on their beloved rides! Open Shop takes place every weekend from 12-6pm. We are asking volunteers to come in for a three hour shift during that time: either from 12-3pm or 3-6pm.
Work may include the following tasks:
– Stripping bikes — taking all the parts off of a frame
– Sorting parts
– Building up bikes
– Assisting customers
– General cleaning, housekeeping, and other tasks!
Experience working with bikes may be helpful, but you do not need to be a bike mechanic to participate. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
