The Berkeley E-Bike Equity Project (BEEP) application is finally live!
If selected for the program, participants will receive an e-bike for one year with the possibility of keeping the bike after the project ends. In order to qualify, participants must:
• Be a Berkeley resident
• Be at least 18 years old
This program prioritizes participants who earn 80% or less of the area median income (AMI) for Alameda County. Approximately 50 participants will be selected via a lottery system.
The application will be open until March 8, 2023 and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your interest in this pilot program!
