Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2024 Youth Festival at the Berkeley Aquatic Park! It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating youth with bike decorating, parades around the park, cookie decorating, food vendors, fire truck tours, and many more holiday activities. Street Level Cycles gave away 96 bikes to happy kids, and we’re still counting!
A special thank you to the City of Berkeley for co-hosting the event and to participating organizations Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program (BORP), Berkeley Animal Care Services, Berkeley Paddling and Rowing Club, Berkeley Shorebird Nature Center, Bike East Bay, East Bay Kidical Mass, Friends of the Aquatic Park, and Girls Garage.
